Begin each class with a dynamic warm-up designed to enhance overall fitness, improve endurance, and build strength. This foundational phase prepares you for the more technical aspects of training.
Develop Core Movements of Jiu-Jitsu
Develop Core Movements of Jiu-Jitsu
Learn the essential movements and techniques of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. This includes escapes, sweeps, and submissions, providing you with a strong foundation in self-defense.

Focus on practical self-defense techniques specifically tailored for women. Learn how to recognize and avoid potential threats, and how to effectively defend yourself in various scenarios.
Incorporate Fundamentals of Kickboxing
Incorporate Fundamentals of Kickboxing
Enhance your self-defense skills by incorporating basic kickboxing techniques. Learn punches, kicks, and combinations that complement your Jiu-Jitsu training, adding an extra layer of protection.
Cool-Down Stretching
Cool-Down Stretching
End each class with a cool-down session that includes stretching exercises to improve flexibility and aid in recovery. This helps to relax the muscles, reduce soreness, and prevent injury.

Junior Champion Program
(ages 7 to 13)
Time: 4:15 pm to 5 pm
- Including strength and conditioning

- GB self-defence
- Incorporate Jiu-Jitsu sparring
- Fun Jiu-Jitsu games
Adult Program
(ages 14 up ) & (all levels)
Time: 6:15 pm to 7:15 pm
- Including strength and conditioning
- Fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu
- GB self-defence
- Jiu-Jitsu sparring
- Advanced Jiu-Jitsu techniques

Waiver / Liability
This Waiver is an acknowledgment of risk and Waiver of liability.
I am aware that fitness activities, particularly martial arts, involve the risk of injury.
I ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT THESE RISKS and all others arising from my participation in the classes and programs offered by the Operator either at the Academy or at demonstrations or events outside of the Academy and my use of the Academy and equipment at the Academy.
I understand that all instructions and rules for safe participation must be followed and that the SOLE RESPONSIBILITY FOR MY SAFETY REMAINS WITH ME, including my physical and emotional preparation and fitness to participate in classes and events that I choose to join.
I agree to remove myself from participation in any activity if I sense or observe any unusual hazard or unsafe condition or if, at any time in the Academy or in any class or event, I feel unable or unfit to continue for any reason.
I, at this moment, WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE the Operator and its successors, assigns, owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and other representatives (“Released Parties”) from any liability for my death, disability, illness or personal injury, or damage or theft of my personal property (“Losses”), occurring while attending the Academy, participating in any activity at the Academy or participating in any activity organized by the Operator outside of the Academy even if such Losses arise from equipment failure or the Released Parties’ negligence, gross negligence or willful neglect.
I, at this moment, PROTECT, DEFEND, HOLD HARMLESS, AND INDEMNIFY each of the Released Parties from and against any claims, actions, causes of action, proceedings, suits, costs, liabilities, damages, and expenses, whether known or unknown (including but not limited to all direct, special, incidental, exemplary and consequential damages, and losses of any kind and lawyer’s fees) based upon, resulting from and relating in any way to my membership at the Academy.
Coronavirus Waiver Addendum
As an Addendum to the Waiver you have previously signed with us as a member, you agree to and understand the following:
By entering this facility, you are aware that you agree to fully accept all known and unknown risks, including the potential risk of exposure to respiratory illnesses such as the coronavirus (COVID-19). The coronavirus is primarily transmitted via exhaled respiratory droplets, most often through coughing and sneezing. These droplets can travel up to six feet and are more commonly shared between persons than from equipment.
Although we regularly sanitize our equipment and presently are using enhanced cleaning methods and enforcing social distancing, where possible, in our facility, you understand that you may be exposed to the coronavirus or its symptoms through no fault of your own or your participation in classes.
Known coronavirus symptoms include fever, coughing, shortness of breath, pneumonia, kidney failure, and may have other symptoms, stroke, or even death (collectively “Symptoms”).
You understand and agree that you will hold us harmless. You will not hold us liable for any actual or perceived Symptoms of COVID-19 or any other disease, illness, or condition, nor for exacerbating any existing symptoms. You fully agree to accept all risks of entering the facility, using the equipment, working with personal trainers, attending classes, and interacting with or being exposed to other members.
