The Future Champions Program at Gracie Barra Lake Country Jiu-Jitsu Academy is designed to guide our youth towards success by providing essential tools. We do more than teach martial arts; we instill values that promote personal and social growth.
Little Champion Program
(ages 4 to 6)
Monday to Friday
Time: 3:00 pm to 3:30 pm
- Strength and conditioning
- Develop core movements of Jiu-Jitsu
- Fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu
- GB self-defense
- Fun Jiu-Jitsu games
Junior 1 Champion Program
(ages 7 to 9)
Monday to Friday
Time: 3:35 pm to 4:20 pm
- Strength and conditioning
- Fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu

Junior 2 Champion Program
