PAUSE ON MEMBERSHIP IS NOT PERMITTED
If you are wishing to withdraw from your program, please follow the guidelines of cancelling a membership.
CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP
If you are wishing to cancel your membership, four weeks notice in writing must be provided. Whether you choose to attend these lessons or not, you will be charged for them.
CANCELLATION OF AFTER SCHOOL PICK UP/TRAINING
If you are wishing to cancel pick up/training, eight weeks notice in writing must be provided. Whether you choose to continue with pick-up or not, you will be charged for the eight weeks. This is does apply for the last month of school.
RETRUN OF GI'S
We want to ensure that none of our gi’s end up in landfills. If you are choosing to withdraw from our program, you can either donate the gi back or if gently used, we can agree to purchase it at half price.
CLASS ABSENCE
We cannot refund classes that are missed with or without notice but members may take part in another class if class does not exceed insurance policy. Please ask for approval.
