Love this place. My daughter struggled to find a sport she enjoyed (dance, gymnastics, soccer) and we finally tried Jiu Jitsu at Gracie Barra. She goes 2x a week, LOVES it, looks forward to going, often wants to go early and stay late. Her self confidence has increased significantly, as has her independence. 😍 Highly recommend!

Both my boys aged 4 & 6 have been with Gracie Barra Lake Country for just over two years and they love it. The after school pickup is great as it gave my 6 year old a sense of independence and now after watching his big brother the little bro is excited to join him in the new year. Trenell and Professor (Andar) are so good with all the kids in the program, they are patient, understanding and make it fun but also set the expectation which is invaluable for their development. Since attending my boys have shown self discipline qnd reaping the benefit of consistent work and training. Most importantly training with a team/ partner as well as independently has instilled awareness and restraint in all the kids (especially the unruly ones lol). They love going to class and always leave with a sense of accomplishment. Thx Professor and Trenell!

Professor Andar and Coach Trenell lead a disciplined, fun and educational class. The kids learn something new and foundational during each session.
