Love this place. My daughter struggled to find a sport she enjoyed (dance, gymnastics, soccer) and we finally tried Jiu Jitsu at Gracie Barra. She goes 2x a week, LOVES it, looks forward to going, often wants to go early and stay late. Her self confidence has increased significantly, as has her independence. 😍 Highly recommend!

Our daughter has absolutely loved training with Coach Trenell and Professor Andar. The entire team at Gracie Barra Lake Country creates such a welcoming, supportive atmosphere, and it’s clear they’re passionate about what they do. We enrolled our youngest daughter who has always been quiet and on the timid side. She has been enrolled in the after school pick-up and Jiu Jitsu and it has been awesome to see her gain confidence and learn what her body can do.
