- Fundamentals of Boxing
- Striking and Foot work drills
- Warm-up and cool-down stretching exercise
Junior Champion Program
(ages 7 to 13)
Time: 4:15pm to 5pm
- Include strength and conditioning
- Developing core movements of Jiu-Jitsu
- Fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu
- GB self-defense
- Incorporate Jiu-Jitsu sparring
- Fun Jiu-Jitsu games
No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu Program
Every Saturday
